Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions is a legal agreement between the 7 Plan Business Company and The Client. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. Performing in Internship Training or Internship Program through 7 Plan Business, or subscribing to its offers of additional services means that the below Terms & Conditions are accepted.

Once the student has paid the Internship Training or Internship Program fee and has started the process with 7 Plan Business, they have up to 2 weeks to apply for a refund in case of change of heart about our services and we will be able to refund 80% of the fee paid.

The student agrees to follow the process step by step as designed by 7 Plan Business. If the student is unsuccessful in acquiring the visa due to their own lack of preparation and/or dedication, we can only refund 10% of the total fee paid. We give to our clients all the training they need however we do expect them to study and over prepare for the position ahead.

To student must provide immediate written notice of illness or other circumstances which might prevent them from completing the internship. We reserve the right of discretion to accept/refuse any such written notice to give the client extension for the Internship Training and/or Program.

If the student is not satisfied with the internship for a valid and justified reason and solutions cannot be found, 7 Plan Business agrees to do its best to find another internship that meets the student’s profile, his/her field of activity and their level of English language skills. 

The student’s request for a change of internship acquired will only be considered under the following conditions:

• Sexual harassment or moral harassement
• Racial or religious defamation
• Failure of the company to keep providing the internship
• Declaration of Bankruptcy from the company
• Breach of security or health measures, which may harm the students
• Missions and tasks given to the student not in relation with the ones specified on the Internship Agreement between the student and the company.

The additional Start-up Visa training does not guarantee the student the T2 visa offer. If after 3 months of Internship Training the student gets offered an internship position in the company but receives no visa offer, no refund will be due to the student.

7 Plan Business is released from its contractual obligations upon the occurrence of a force major event, or any other circumstances or external cause independent from 7 Plan Business staff, directly or indirectly preventing 7 Plan Business from meeting its contractual obligations. Cases of force major include, without limitation, in addition to the cases recognised by the courts, all natural disasters, acts of war, pubic order offences, epidemics, fires, floods and other disasters, acts of any government, and any malfunction of the Internet or networks. No refund will be due to the student for the services of 7 Plan Business.

Additional Terms & Conditions

The company that the student interns with decides if the candidate gets the T2 visa offer, it is not up to 7 Plan Business to decide. To get T2 visa, the candidate needs to have at least 1 to 2 local British British internship experiences and one volunteer activity.

The student will keep confidential any and all unpublished information made known to them by the accepting division/section/unit during the course of the internship that he/she knows or ought to have known has not been made public, not to publish any report or papers on the basis of information obtained during the programme, both during and after the completion of the internship.
